After successfully winning back the APC Champions Trophy in Saigon in 2016 and making it 5 from 6 tournaments, Bangkok were defending the trophy at home in Bangkok.
Their defense was challenged by two teams, Manila and Jakarta both of whom had stronger line ups than the previous year.
In the end, it was the Jakarta All Stars who shined and won back the trophy they won in 2015.
Bangkok Heat had an indifferent tournament at APC Manila 2018. They finished third behind Jakarta and Singapore which is the same position as APC Bangkok 2017.
In 2019, Bangkok Heat will head to Jakarta to face stiff competition from their arch rivals the Jakarta All Stars who will be playing in their home venue, the Dungeon Pool Lounge.
