What began as a bar-room challenge in 2011 has transformed into one of the widest reaching and most influential amateur pool tournaments in the world. The Asia Pool Challenge has evolved from a local gathering into a powerhouse of international competition, proving that grassroots passion can scale to a global stage and capture a massive audience.

At our most recent event in Manila (2025), nine major Asian cities sent the elite representatives of their leagues to a grueling four-day tournament, which ultimately saw Singapore retain their crown as APC Team Champions. The true glory of APC lies in its balance: it maintains an unbreakable connection to its member pool leagues while uniting a diverse, international group of people who now call Asia home. It is a genuine community network that fosters lifelong friendships, while keeping the fun of the game and sportsmanship at its core.

This unique culture has turned the eyes of the world toward us, with the competition and its accompanying exhibitions by top professionals garnering over 12 million views across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok. As we look toward Jakarta 2026, our growth continues to accelerate as we welcome our 10th competitive partner.
