Dear APC friends,

For those who want to relive the APC 2024 Da Nang best moments or want to catch up on the ones you missed, I have edited and uploaded the videos to the APC YouTube channel, not only the official TV table ones but also some from our Hong Kong, Jakarta and Singapore friends I found and might be in lower quality but give a chance to everybody to see themselves in action. I separated them in 2 playlists: one for the Singles and one for the Teams event.

After the competition being dominated by Bangkok Heat and Jakarta All Stars since the inaugural tournament in 2011 a new Champion team, Singapore Stingers has emerged to bring life back into this annual tournament.

Singapore Stingers first played in the Asia Pool Challenge back in 2013 in Jakarta and have always been a competitive team. The question of when they will rise to the top to win the competition has finally been answered. Led by Captain John Dangerfield who has been a strong player and a regular APC Super Singles player the team from all reports has had a solid preparation program built by their committee and supported by all the players in the team. They certainly showed what hard work can achieve leading the table on every day and winning by an impressive 10 frames from Saigon Legends.

Just 3 weeks to go before the start of our epic 9 teams APC 2024 in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Here are the schedules for the Singles and Teams competitions. For those who won’t be able to attend live, don’t worry you will be able to watch the matches on our TV table #1 live streamed from the comfort of your home, or even better with your friends at your local bar (participating bars list coming soon).

APC 2024 will be held in Da Nang, Vietnam for the first time.

It is a city of just over one million people and is situated on the central coast of Vietnam. It is a popular tourist destination with sandy beaches, many restaurants and cafes, bars and close to other popular tourist destinations including Hoi An. Being on the coast it has a laid-back feel.

The venue for our event will be Hybrid Pool Lounge, a classy new venue with 3 levels of pool tables.

Our APC 2024 will include one extra city this year as we welcome Hong Kong to our competition.

With nine cities Asia Pool Challenge continues to grow in popularity.

The schedule is as follows:

• APC Super Singles – Wednesday 21 August 2024, at Hybrid from 9.30am to 7.30pm.
• APC Team Event – Thursday 22 to Saturday 24 August 2024, at Hybrid from 11am to 7.30pm.
• Meet & Greet – Wednesday 21 August 2024, beach party at Premier Village Beach Resort from 8pm to 10pm.
