After successfully winning back the APC Champions Trophy in Saigon in 2016 and making it 5 from 6 tournaments, in 2017 Bangkok were defending the trophy at home. Their defense was challenged by two teams, Manila and Jakarta both of whom had stronger line ups than the previous year. In the end, it was the Jakarta All Stars who shined and won back the trophy they won in 2015.
Bangkok Heat had an indifferent tournament at APC Manila 2018. They finished third behind Jakarta and Singapore which is the same position as APC Bangkok 2017.
In 2019 Bangkok drew with Singapore to finish runners up behind the Jakarta All Stars who won their 4th championship title.
In 2022 after a Covid enforced delay Bangkok hosted and won the APC Tenth Anniversary tournament. They had a very strong team, and it was their 6th championship title.
In 2023 the Bangkok Heat traveled to Phnom Penh as the APC defending Champions. They faced strong competition from Saigon Legends who were the big improvers of the tournament. Eventually they finished in third place behind Saigon Legends and the winners Jakarta All Stars.
